For two years, 2nd and 3rd year of university, I was part of DBF Pulchowk, which participated as Team IOE in the annual AIAA Design, Build, Fly competitions. For 2023 and 2024, the team ranked 68 and 38 globally among 100+ competitors, respectively. Unfortunately, the could never gather sufficient funds to attend the annual flyoff held in USA. For 2023, the team designed Ares, an electronic warfare fixed wing UAV. For the 2024 edition, the team designed, Junkiri, a medical fixed wing UAV.
